Joshua Robertson is the Deputy Director of Business Administration at the City of Fort Smith. He played a key role in developing the Private Service Line Defect Remediation Program, which targets reducing infiltration and inflow to prevent sanitary sewer overflows. Joshua also spearheaded the Fort Smith Energy Master Plan, coordinating city departments to cut energy costs and carbon emissions and prepare facilities for solar power.
