Bio
John Detloff has worked in the aviation community for the past 20 years as Director of In-flight services for Victory Aviation and for the past six years as Vice President of Training for Air Culinaire Worldwide. Prior to Aviation John was an Executive Chef and Food Safety advisor for many restaurants throughout the United States. He holds a Culinary Degree and Food and Beverage Degree from the School of Culinary Arts and State College of Florida. He is a proctor for the National Food Safety Professional and is also an Emergency Technician. John continues to develop tools and resources for the aviation community when it comes to food safety and trains some of the top flight departments and FBO’s including the USAF and many fortune 500 companies.
