Andrew is responsible for the pre-development planning and successful delivery of GWLRA’s development projects throughout Eastern Canada.
Andrew’s team is responsible for managing every step of the development process from conceptual planning, securing municipal approvals, design development, and ultimately construction and the transition to a fully operational income producing property.
Andrew has an impressive 37 years of real estate experience, with the last 30 years with GWLRA. Has held multiple roles in the Property & Asset Management of Commercial, Industrial, Residential and Federal projects with the last 20 years focusing on Real Estate Development.
Over the past number of years, Andrew and his team have spearheaded GWLRA’s Smart Buildings initiative in GWLRA’s new development projects, and can proudly confirm that GWLRA has several Smart Buildings in its Multi-Unit Residential Buildings and Commercial Office portfolio.
