Russel is a civil engineer, project manager and vice president of an engineering and professional services company, with 32-years of experience in leading teams in the engineering, procurement, construction and project management of public infrastructure projects. Russel has worked in South Africa, the United Kingdom, Canada and the USA and had the privilege of being a member of project management teams on a number of successful infrastructure mega-projects such as the Lesotho Highlands Water Project, the Niagara Tunnel Project and Calgary’s West LRT and current Green Line projects.
