Daniel Handy is a native of Utah in the United States and graduated from BYU with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Information Systems. He later also graduated with an MBA from BYU. In the mid 90’s, Mr. Handy was a co-founder of FreeServers.com, a free web hosting service, which was sold to About.com in 1999. In 2005 he joined Bluehost as the Chief Operating Officer where they grew from 20 employees to over 250. After an acquisition by Endurance International Group, Mr. Handy took over as CEO of the Bluehost Brands. Bluehost grew to host more than 3 million websites. Mr. Handy now works at Ace Data Centers II leasing IP addresses and is an investor in tech startups and real estate.
