Bio
Evina Fotiadou is a Policy Advisor for Shipping Policy and Communications at the
European Community Shipowners' Associations (ECSA). Driven by a deep passion for
the maritime sector and a strong interest in international affairs, she combines academic
excellence with hands-on experience to address industry challenges. Evina holds a
bachelor’s degree in International and European Studies and a master’s degree in
Crisis and Security Management from Leiden University, specialising in governance and
security issues.
Evina has worked with international organizations and NGOs, and she actively
participates in conferences and workshops focused on human rights, environmental
sustainability, ship finance and women's participation in shipping.
