Vijay is an Industrial Engineer by training and has worked in diverse cultures and geographies on 4 continents.
Vijay has also spearheaded Kaizen Institute’s close association with the International Labour Organization (ILO) for almost a decade and has helped ILO develop the SCORE program for improving SME competitiveness in over a dozen countries across the globe.
