Ryan heads up the Customer Support segment of the Personalized Medicine Team within Lonza. Focused on assisting our customers with their cell therapy manufacturing needs, Ryan’s team of Application Scientists provides instrument and process training, technical advice, assay recommendations, and ongoing support both remotely and in the field to ensure that users are able to maximally utilize the Cocoon® Platform.
