Karolina has been a valuable member of the Ergomed team since 2011. She began her career as a Site Manager and has since worked her way up to Director of Site Management within the Clinical Operations Department. With a Master's degree in Nursing from Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Karolina has over 10 years of experience in conducting Clinical Trials across all phases, including studies in rare indications. In her current role, she serves as a Lead Site Manager, overseeing the work of other Site Managers on the project level. Karolina's expertise and leadership in the field ensure that Ergomed's clients receive the highest level of site-centric support and service.
