With more than 30 years in the ICT Industry, CS Chin has vast experienced that involved in Information Technology, Telecommunication and Entertainment Industry especially in Malaysia, China and South East Asia.

• Chairman of Powerware Systems Sdn Bhd
• National President of Malaysia Cross Border e-Commerce Association.
• CEO of Seatech Ventures Corp.
• National Vice President of SME Association of Malaysia.
• Managing Director of Metita Sdn Bhd
In his capacity in SME ASSOCIATION OF MALAYSIA, PIKOM, MCBEA, he represents the associations on high level government committees including National IoT Steering Committee chaired by MOSTI minister, Malaysian Services Development Council chaired by MITI minister and Transformasi Nasional 2050 (TN50) Digital Economy co-chair with the Treasury Secretary General.
CS was the independent Director of M-Mode Bhd, listed company in KLSE from 2009 till 2012 and Non-Executive Director of Galasys PLC, Listed Company in AIMS London from 2014 till 2016.
