Dr. Angelos Karatzias is a Board-Certified Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic surgeon. He studied medicine in Greece / University of Thrace and proceeded to obtain a Master of Science (MSc) in Wound Healing and Tissue Repair from the University of Cardiff.
He is a Fellow of the European Board of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (FEBOPRAS), member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the Medical Director of Mobile Wound Healing Unit. He also currently serves as the President of Cyprus Wound Management Society (CWMS) and the Representative of Cyprus in the International Working Group of Diabetic Foot (IWGDF).
