Avron started PACE Career Centre 28 years ago. He is from an Industrial Psychology background. He is the founding chairperson of the South African Career Development Association (SACDA) as well as the East Africa Career Development Association (EACDA). He is also the convener of the PACE Research Institute which focuses on career research. His focus is to build career guidance delivery in Africa. He has consulted nationally and internationally on career and study guidance. He lives in Cape Town, South Africa
