With more than 15 years in software services and product sales, Henrique has led teams and businesses to successful outcomes both in small startups as well as multi-billion market cap companies. He is passionate about becoming a more conscious leader, committed to learning, and helping others reach their full potential.
Henrique built sales teams in SaaS professional services, which led his company to be acquired by Accenture in 2014. In product sales, he set up and scaled new European teams for Salesforce after the acquisition of Steelbrick in 2016 as VP EMEA, growing revenue at 100% growth y/y. He is currently General Manager EMEA at G2, leading the company’s expansion internationally. G2 has raised a total of $100M from Accel, IVP, and LinkedIN.
