Jim has over 20 years of supply chain, strategic sourcing, and procurement strategy and transformation experience.

During that time, Jim’s teams have collectively delivered over $3 billion in cost savings, working capital improvement, and process efficiencies to companies across a wide range of industries. As a procurement practitioner in manufacturing, construction, and engineering companies, and as a consulting partner in E&U, Retail, Manufacturing, and CPG firms Jim has worked with C-level leaders to achieve new procurement target operating models optimizing the use of tail spend management, strategic sourcing, business process outsourcing, working capital, and supplier relationship management.

Jim also brings significant experience in automation, having led some of the early AI installations in source to pay systems. Jim splits time between Minnesota and Florida, and is an avid sailor, swimmer, and scuba diver.
