Shannon Noe

Shannon Noe, LPC, has been working with youth, parents, and families for 15 years. Shannon is especially interested in helping athletes & coaches become just as strong mentally as they are physically. Shannon was a 7 time Virginia High School League state champion in cross county, indoor track, and outdoor track events. She went on to set the 10k school record at James Madison University and competed in 5 NCAA National Championships in Cross County and Outdoor Track. In recognition of her achievements, Shannon was inducted into the JMU Athletic Hall of Fame.
Sarah Lewis

Sarah Lewis, LCSW, has been working with athletes and coaches for over 25 years. She specializes in helping these athletes in school, club, university, and professional sports settings manage the demands of being mentally prepared and fit. Sarah was a 3-season - 2 sport athlete in college and spent one-year playing international basketball while in college. She not only has personal experience as a collegiate athlete but her daughter plays D1 lacrosse and is currently on the U20 World Cup Squad for the England National Team.
