    Day 1, session 2 will see Stuart Guest share his experiences as Headteacher at Colebourne Primary School.

    Stuart will also explore the importance of becoming a trauma responsive school, particularly during the pandemic. Stuart will talk about his 3 step strategy to being a trauma responsive organisation – he will explore the knowledge needed by staff, the policies and procedures that should be in place, and the provision and practice that can make a huge difference to the lives and life chances of children. He will also provide access to some key materials and resources to accompany his talk.
