About
The World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report 2025 predicts that by 2030, more than a fifth (22%) of today’s roles will either be newly created or displaced. In tandem, 39% of current skills could become obsolete within these five years. This is not just a workforce evolution — it’s a fundamental shift in how we work, what we value, and how we lead.

As generative AI reshapes industries, job roles, and skill requirements, preparing for what’s next no longer comes with a clear roadmap. We are entering a new era where the value of work must be redefined — one that blends human potential with technological advancement.

As digital transformation accelerates, the question is no longer, “What can AI do?” but rather, “How can AI help humans do more — and do better?”

In this 60-minute webinar, hosted by Human Resources Online in partnership with ManpowerGroup, we invite you to explore how to build a workforce that is ready to embrace generative AI — not with fear, but with confidence, capability, and purpose.

Key takeaways from this complimentary webinar include:
  • Actionable strategies to future-proof your workforce: Gain insights on how to redesign roles, reskill employees, and build organisational agility in response to AI-driven disruption.

  • How to integrate generative AI into your talent strategy: Learn how to harness AI not as a replacement, but as a tool to enhance human capabilities.

  • Real-world examples of AI-human collaboration that work: Case studies and best practices on how organisation are already leveraging AI to amplify creativity, trust, and connection across teams.

  • Let's come together to ponder some of the biggest workforce challenges – after all, the right questions are now more valuable than the right answers.
