Kylie Willment is a Partner in Mercer’s Institutional Wealth business. She is the Chief Investment Officer for the Pacific region, and leads the Investment Management team, which consists of asset allocation strategists, portfolio managers and analysts across Australia and New Zealand. The team is responsible for managing approximately A$38 billion in assets within Mercer’s multi-manager funds

Prior to joining Mercer in October 2017, Kylie gained 27 years of experience in financial services, including 14 years in investment management

Christopher Sozou

GM Platforms, Partnerships & Analytics at Virgin Money Australia

As the GM Platforms, Partnership and Analytics at Virgin Money Chris leads a cross functional team in product management including Virgin Money Super and our Insurance portfolio, Virgin Money’s digital bank platforms, the transaction account Customer Care Team, as well as Customer Analytics.

Chris has over 21 years of experience in Finance, in particular in superannuation, insurance and investment fund management in both London and Australia. During this time he has worked in product development, platform development and customer experience developing a passion for driving the best outcomes for customers.

Suzanne Haddan

Managing Director, BFG Financial Services

Suzanne founded BFG in 1990. She has over 30 years experience in the accounting and financial services industry and has been a practicing financial adviser for 30 years. With her team, Suzanne has built the business and now BFG advises over 600 clients on their financial, accounting and taxation needs.
