How often to you offer live MIT cohorts? New live cohorts begin every other month
How many people will be in my cohort? We prioritize connection building and intimacy in our program. You will have no more than 22 people in your cohort (so you can see everyone on 1 Zoom screen).
What if i start MIT and decide i want to pre-apply to the CMI program to come a Certified Meditation Instructor? yes, we know that you might get into MIT and decide it’s so awesome you have to go the full distance. we give you two weeks to trial the MIT. if you decide before your third class to pre-apply to CMI, we will honor the bundle pricing
What are the pre-requisites to register? We've evolved to open the path to make modern mindfulness even more accessible. You no longer have to apply for MIT.
