With over 25 years of experience in military service, public safety and private sector corporate security roles, Frank specializes in threat assessment, active assailant prevention & response, and executive protection.
Recent tasks that Frank has worked on include:
• Developing a formalized behavioral threat assessment and management program for a Fortune 25 company, providing threat assessment and management services to 425,000 employees across more than 2,500 locations nationwide
• Delivering an executive protection program, responsible for the physical and digital safety of company’s senior leaders, at both work and home
• Creating a corporate security risk intelligence program for a Fortune 50 company, focused on early detection of threats of violence and other risks against the company and its senior leaders
• Implementing and authoring a reimagined active assailant prevention and response training program, resulting in 99% compliance company wide
• Consulting senior leaders from multiple companies in the immediate wake of active assailant events at their respective organizations, offering guidance and support derived from firsthand experience with active assailant events
Before joining Control Risks, Frank served as Director of Corporate Security for a Fortune 25 retailer, leveraging experience in global security leadership at a multi-national industrial manufacturer.
Prior to this, Frank was a United States Marine and later embarked on a law enforcement career spanning more than a decade. During this time, he held high-performing assignments in field operations, investigations, special operations, training and served as an ATF Task Force Officer. Frank was also Director of Corporate Security for one of the nation’s largest retailers.
Steve Lindsey
Chief Technology Officer
Steve Lindsey came to LiveView Technologies (LVT) in 2011. He has extensive experience with electronic engineering and specializes in computer programming. He began his career by selling computers and installing CAT 5 and fiber optic cables, and later worked for Novell on their NetWare, GroupWise, and eDirectory technologies, as the CTO at i3 Technologies, as well as starting his own company called AudioShare which was a first-of-its-kind digital audio distribution network. Because of this varied work history, Lindsey has a deep understanding of programming, engineering, networking, digital signal processing, RF engineering, and even physical wiring, all of which has had a powerful influence on LVT’s product offering. He won the 2007 Utah Innovations Award in Electronics Hardware and is currently on the annual selection committee. Lindsey has a bachelor’s degree in electronic and information technologies from Brigham Young University.
