Jess Hamill is the Vice President of Skyline Wealth Strategies. He brings more than a decade of experience focusing on retirement income planning, tax strategies, and utilizing alternative approaches to conventional retirement strategies. Through his collaborative and educational planning process he provides clients financial confidence and peace of mind in retirement.

Prior to joining Skyline, Jess spent 15+ years in the commercial development and general contracting industry where he owned his own company. Following this time in the construction world, Jess spent 8 years curating his skills in the discipline of retirement with New York Life. Here he quickly made a name for himself, closing over 800 cases annually and easily earning him the honor of being named the top producing agent within his classification. Due to his consistent successes, he began mentoring other agents in his market niche in 2011 and spent his remaining time with the company as one of the Austin office’s top agents.

Jess was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas, and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and Master’s in Physics from Southwest Texas State University. When he is not in the office, you can find him at live music events, spending time with his daughter, or working on his most current motorcycle or engine-reconstruction project.
