Brian Anderson, VP & Aviation Technology and Innovation Officer at Hughes, leads the Melbourne, Florida-based team responsible for aviation innovation, product development, and repairs. As founder of Anderson Connectivity—acquired by Hughes in October 2025—Brian has an extensive background in the in-flight entertainment & connectivity market, particularly satellite communication antenna design for airborne/mobile platforms.

Prior to founding Anderson Connectivity in 2005, Brian was an electrical engineer at L3Harris Technologies and an installation engineer manager at Live TV, where he was instrumental in launching the first domestic satellite-based television product for JetBlue Airways.

Brian earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology.
