As we start to see the light at the end of the Covid-19 tunnel there are huge questions about how we will work in the future. Some leaders, such Goldman Sachs’ CEO David Soloman, think that working-from-home is an “aberration” and are planning a full-time return to the office. Others are leaning towards a hybrid model.
Soloman thinks that working from home has undermined work culture and productivity. However, the world has changed. We’ve all changed.
