Mr. Ressler applies the TOC thinking process of an Evaporating Cloud (Conflict Resolution Diagram) to the United States. First, he will give a brief introduction to the tool, then present key quotes and ideas from the political, religious, legal, and cultural history of the United States. Subsequently, Mr. Ressler will articulate this “data” in terms of a Common Objective, Requirements, Prerequisites, Underlying Assumptions, and the Core Conflict of America. For examples, the Common Objective or telos of the United States is found in the Constitution: “…to form a more perfect Union,” while a key underlying Evaporating Cloud assumption is the apparent irresolvable conflict between law and freedom. Finally, Mr. Ressler will suggest an injection, explicate, and address objections, leaving ample time for robust engagement. The goal of this webinar, using the science of TOC, is to offer the possibility of a comprehensive, fundamental, and lasting national conflict resolution.
