Coaching, Mentoring and Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP)

The first part of the session will look at coaching and mentoring, which are both instrumental in professional development, but they are not the same. Both provide a confidential space to help you develop professionally and personally and appear in a number of ways.

The second part will present NLP as a tool to support new behaviour and professional development.

NLP is where our thoughts are influenced by words and are the drivers for follow-on actions, and is sometimes described as the ‘science of excellent communication’.
