She is an ECE engineer turned Management Consultant, who is now a full-time Career Coach & Content Creator. She worked with KPMG in India as an SAP Associate Consultant for 2.7 years. She has delivered 300+ talks all across the globe in the past 1.5 years. As a career coach via her initiative of Dhairya Decodes, She has been able to impact over 5K+ Working professionals & students. She also has my talk show called The Career Development Series where she aims to bring awareness amongst the youth around unconventional career paths. The talk show has completed 160+ episodes so far. She has been selected as one the Top 50 Content Creators in India by Graphy by Unacademy in the year 2021 & She is currently a part of the first cohort of the Top 200 creators selected to be a part of the LinkedIn Creator Accelerator Program in India, 2022.
