Program II. Surviving Tax and Other Debt in COVID Crisis

This program will teach you how to handle a client facing tax collection and other debt issues in the COVID crises. Clients right now are hanging by their teeth and just trying to make it through. As a tax professional, clients will turn to you to give some sound and practical advice on dealing with tax and other debt. This course will teach you what you need to know about:

Handling tough tax collection cases
Dealing with credit card, medical and student loan debts
Which debts to pay first – IRS?
What if the IRS threats a collection lawsuit?
Saving home from tax lien foreclosure
When and whether to file for bankruptcy to obtain relief tax debt and more
