The final session on Day 4, will see Helen Everitt and Ryan Sallows of Oriel High School explain how their school has translated youth provision into school improvement.
When local authority cuts to youth provision threatened to ‘mothball’ Oriel's successful onsite school-based Youth Wing the school stepped forward and decided to fund and operate the provision themselves which was one of the best decisions they ever made. Helen and Ryan will explain Oriel's school-based universal Youth Provision and they have developed links between life in the classroom and life outside the classroom.
