One of the side-effects of the pandemic has been accelerated ecommerce adoption. Many new customers started shopping online for the first time and retailers are eager to keep them using the ecommerce channel. We’ve also seen customers churn due to the economic uncertainty, but we may have an opportunity to win them back once things start to return to normal.
