About
As supply chains become more complex and volatile, traditional approaches are no longer enough. Organizations need Decision Intelligence—the ability to leverage AI, advanced analytics, and scenario-based planning to make real-time, confident decisions that drive efficiency, resilience, and growth.

This webinar, based on insights from the IDC InfoBrief “The Emerging Role of Supply Chain Decision Intelligence”, explores how businesses are moving from isolated, reactive strategies to intelligent, connected planning environments that support proactive decision-making.

Eric Thompson, Research Director at IDC, will share findings on decision-making maturity, AI readiness, and how companies are scaling data-driven supply chain planning. He will address challenges such as data fragmentation, integration complexity, and skill gaps, while outlining benefits like improved risk management, agility, and resource optimization. He will also offer guidance on implementing Decision Intelligence, covering integration, best practices, and success factors.

Dr. Z. Melis Teksan, SVP of Industry Practices at ICRON, will explain how companies are applying Decision Intelligence to improve operational efficiency and align decisions with long-term business goals. She will explore how AI-powered supply chain planning enhances resource use, prepares businesses for disruptions, and strengthens planning capabilities. This session also highlights how organizations are supporting sustainability alongside performance by embedding intelligence into everyday operations.

Moderated by Neil Perry of BizClik, this session offers practical insights for supply chain professionals looking to improve responsiveness, streamline planning, and build resilient, future-ready supply chains.

Join us to discover how Decision Intelligence is redefining how businesses navigate complexity—ensuring they remain competitive, capable, and confident.
