Robert Tanner
Director of Marketing, Applied Equipment
Rob Tanner is the Director of Marketing, for Applied Equipment, at Johnson Controls located in York, Pennsylvania. Rob has more than 30 years of experience in the sale, application, design, installation, service, and marketing of commercial HVAC products and technologies.
Before joining Johnson Controls, Rob was an MEP consulting engineer and co-owner of a design-build mechanical contracting company. Rob received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and M.S. in Education & Organizational Development from the Pennsylvania State University.
Mark Allan Thompson
Mark began working for Johnson Controls in April 2019, supporting North America as a Commercial Solution Leader for OpenBlue Central Utility Plant Optimization.
Prior to joining JCI, Mark worked as an Energy Engineer for 7 years, overseeing the HVAC and Emergency Power operations for 85 healthcare facilities for the Hospital Corporation of America.
He holds Bachelor of Science Degrees in Applied Science and Engineering technology from Middle Tennessee State University, and is a Certified Energy Manager.
Mark is based out of Nashville, TN with Ashlee, his wife and their two daughters.
