Valerie Gifford: Valerie is the Senior Vice President, Retail Operations for Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union (TVFCU)

In her career Valerie has worked in various operational and HR roles. In 2000, she began her second time at TVFCU as a VP in HR before her promotion to her current operational position in 2016 where she is responsible for branch operations and e Services, call center, live studio, consumer lending, mortgage lending, and HR. Valerie is a former President of SHRM Chattanooga and the former Director of Tennessee SHRM State Council.

Rebecca Harmon: Rebecca is the Chief Administrative Officer for DeRoyal

Rebecca is the Chief Administrative Officer for DeRoyal, a global medical products manufacturer headquartered in Powell, TN. In her operational roles she is responsible for quality and regulatory, IT, marketing, engineering, as well as HR. Rebecca has served as President of TN Valley Human Resources Association and is the current Director of Tennessee SHRM State Council.
