About
Streamline onboarding and reduce fraud risk with LexisNexis® IDVerse® for Insurance.

Identity verification and document authentication in insurance is often slow, manual and inconsistent. This leaves carriers exposed to fraud and customers frustrated with delays. Traditional methods, such as manual document review or knowledge-based verification can miss AI-generated fake IDs, deepfakes and forged documents. LexisNexis® IDVerse® uses advanced AI and biometric technology to automate identity verification, helping insurers confidently verify genuine identities while detecting fraudulent ones.

What sets IDVerse® apart?

IDVerse® leverages LexisNexis® Risk Solutions global data and advanced analytics to deliver a secure, AI-driven identity verification experience. It provides a fast, automated workflow and a streamlined user interface. IDVerse® offers global document coverage and adaptive AI that learns new document types and emerging fraud tactics. Flexible integration and data storage options help carriers meet regulatory requirements while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

In this webinar, you will learn how IDVerse® for Insurance can improve current and future policyholder verification processes in:
