Mr. Dutta is the MT of down town trust. The down town group started with the first Multi-Specialty Corporate Hospital in North East India named downtown hospitals in 1989. Since then it has gone on to become one of the most important healthcare centers of the region. The lack of trained professionals led us to training. We started with a Nursing school in 1993 and now it has grown into North East India & largest Private University, namely the Assam downtown University. Prof. (Dr.) S. P. Singh, Ph.D, LLB, M.Sc (Geology) M.B.A. CSIR/UGC NET in Geology and in Management with many research papers to his credit, is an eminent personality in academic arena having more than 24 years of experience in teaching, research and academic administration in institutions of repute like University of Lucknow, Training and Orientation Centre (TOC), ministry of HRD, Government of India , Sherwood Group of Institutions, Lucknow and India’s first Integrated Campus with Multidiscipline,(approved by AICTE )i.e. Royal Group of Institutions, Guwahati.

Having an outstanding record of educational qualifications, keen interest in studies especially in Geology, Management, Law and Social Issues, he qualified the NET examination in Earth Sciences (JRF and Eligibility for Lectureship) in 1990. He has completed his MBA (3yrs AICTE Approved program) from Lucknow University while working as Lecturer in Geology department in the same University, securing 72% marks. Prof. P. P. Mathur, Vice Chancellor, BGU was Professor & Head, Department of Biochemistry & Molecular Biology and Dean, School of Life Sciences, Pondicherry University (PU). He served as the Vice-Chancellor, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar (Aug. 2012-Aug. 2017). He is Fellow of National Academy of Medical Sciences (India), National Academy of Sciences, India (NASI) and Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA). He served as General Secretary (Scientific Activities) of the ISCA (2016-19). He is Vice-President, Asian Association of Andrology and was on various committees of the Society for the Study of Reproduction, USA. He is a member of Court of the Central University of Karnataka and served as member of Court, Executive Council and Academic Council of P.U. Dr Sanjay Kumar is an Engineering graduate of BITS, Ranchi University. He is M. Tech and Ph. D both from IIT Delhi. He also holds an MBA degree along with two Postgraduate Diploma in Management. He has the distinction of having done a second Ph D in Management HR. Throughout his academic career, he has always been Distinction Holder and in most of the service courses he has been topper of the batch. He has published many research papers in National and International journals. He also possesses MS degree in Counseling and Psychotherapy. He has authored seven books. His two popular books of engineering titled Concepts and Applications of Microwave Engineering and Wave Propagation and Antenna Engineering are published from a renowned publisher Prentice Hall of India, Delhi and prescribed in IITs and other universities. He is on the Editorial Board of a very famous journal “International Journal of Science and Management”. He is a reviewer of research papers on technical and management subjects. He is a keen sportsman and gives due importance to Physical education to remain mentally and physically agile. His core competence is in HR Management, Research Methodology, Electronics & Communication & AeroSpace Engineering.
