Common Hall is the name of an assembly of Liverymen and is similar to an annual general meeting.
The Fruiterers' Company last held a Common Hall in 2005 when PM Peter Bartlett was Master. It was attended by some 30 Liverymen and held in conjunction with a Carvery Lunch at Butchers' Hall.
The Master believes a Common Hall hosted online is a valuable way to bring together the Livery to talk about:
The Company;
Its governance;
And issues that relate to Liverymen.
All Liverymen and Freemen are invited to attend. It is an excellent opportunity to learn about the Company and to discuss how members can play a role in all of its activities.
