Dr. Motsinger is a seasoned behavioral healthcare executive, clinician, and organizational psychologist with extensive experience across outpatient, inpatient, residential, telehealth, and integrated behavioral healthcare settings. In his role at SimiTree, he provides strategic leadership and consulting support to behavioral health organizations nationwide.
Previously, Dr. Motsinger served as Chief Operating Officer for a national psychiatry practice and held executive roles within Fortune 500 companies and large nonprofit health systems. He is a licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor in multiple states and holds advanced degrees in social work, human resources management, and organizational psychology.
