    Charles leads the Engineering teams for the Business Applications & Platform (BAP) in the Digital Transformation Platform Group. The BAP team includes Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, Power Portals, Dataverse and AI Builder products.

    Under his leadership, the Dynamics 365 service moved to Azure and evolved into a fully managed SaaS–on a single version, with regular updates. The Dynamics 365 platform is now one of the largest fully Azure hosted SaaS products in the world, deployed to over 30 datacenters and supporting the entire Dynamics 365 business.

    Before that, Charles worked in Azure for 4 years, leading the engineering teams that created Azure Resource Manager, Azure Autoscale, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Activity Logs, and several other management related capabilities. Before Azure, Charles founded MetricsHub, one of the first offerings for public cloud cost management and service health monitoring. MetricsHub was acquired by Microsoft in 2013.

    Since joining KPN in 1996, Louis has worked in a broad spectrum of commercial leadership roles in sales, product management, marketing, and purchase, consistently building business. In his role as CCO KPN Business Market (BM), he was responsible for the overall commercial performance of KPN BM (€3B revenue). For more than six years he has been the CEO of The IT Channel Company (TICC), a fast-growing company that improves the I(C)T channel with channel enablement, value-added distribution, technical services, and cloud solutions to accelerate channel business. Together with more than 250 employees in 8 international offices, TICC delivers services in more than 40 (mainly) European countries. He recently became also CEO for QBS Group and 1ClickFactory and their legal successor. His motto is “the moment you stop learning, you stop leading” and his ambition is to do a little better every day.

    ‎Chris Parkes has a long history and extensive background in Microsoft Dynamics. He worked in various technical and commercial roles at Great Plains and then Microsoft for almost twenty years before founding an independent software company of his own. Prior to corporate life, Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering. Alongside running his own successful software company, he also helps businesses succeed and grow by providing professional sales, marketing and business analytics services.

    Over the past few years, Chris has been working with companies such as QBS, 1ClickFactory, MindsUnited and their partner ecosystems to understand opportunities that exist around the broader business applications portfolio from Microsoft, most recently in respect of Power Platform and associated technologies.

    Erik Kaae has spent most of the last 18 years selling Microsoft technology, 10 years with Microsoft (SMSP lead, M&O lead) incl. having the responsibility for all Microsoft partners incl. Dynamics. He moved from Microsoft to the biggest Microsoft Dynamics partner in the Nordics: EG A/S (+1.800 people) as Chief Commercial Officer (3 years as COO). The last year he has spent with the Microsoft partner VENZO A/S (+200 people), Microsoft partner of the year in Denmark. By that Erik brings a good understanding of Microsoft, Microsoft partner channel especially the Dynamics partners and customers, and selling Microsoft technology. His motto is: Winning together.

    Michael Hartmann has been the CEO of QBS Group since January 2017 and today, QBS Group is the largest network in the world of Microsoft Dynamics partners. Michael has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry and before joining QBS Group, Michael came from Microsoft, where he started in 1995 and have held several leadership positions within sales and marketing covering countries all over Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as being the Global Lead for Dynamics SMB Partners.

    Agne Pelaniene is an IT professional who brings more than 18 years of experience of a strong understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. Starting her career in 2004 as the accountant and Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation consultant, Agne focused on deepening her knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics AX through taking versatile positions internationally, such as consultant, support, and implementation team lead, senior implementation consultant, project manager, pre-sales consultant, and trainer. Having a wide portfolio helped Agne to build a strong foundation and to understand the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem both from product delivery (implementation) and business (partner-to-customer) perspectives. Accumulated experience from working within end customer and partner companies, and implementing solutions for different businesses worldwide has enabled Agne to evaluate every project-specific situation from different angles, and comprehend and adapt quickly to the needs of all different parties.

    Will Mcintee is the Regional Lead for the UK at QBS Group. He is dedicated to Dynamics partners of all shapes and sizes. He has been working in the ERP and CRM arena for more than 25 years, from implementation to pre-sales and sales. He has been working for Microsoft UK as Channel Manager for 7 years. Since 2013 has been working for QBS Group having one single mission: Partner Success. He started the business in the UK for QBS group from scratch to help Dynamics partners to achieve their goals. Seven years on more than 90 partners in the UK and nearly 800 partners across EMEA have placed their trust in QBS to achieve their dreams and goals!

    Will is located in Wales and there he spends much time with his three dogs, and he is a big fan of the Welsh Rugby team.

    William van Voorthuijsen has over 5 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics. His areas of expertise are selling, implementing, supporting, and migrating towards Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. With the experience of having his own company as a Microsoft Dynamics reseller he has a good understanding of the challenges Dynamics partners are facing nowadays regarding the cloud transformation process that any partner needs to go through. Currently, William is responsible for Migration Services within QBS Group to make sure QBS is helping all their Dynamics partners on a successful (step-by-step) journey towards the cloud. Definitely, William is a ‘Dynamics Partner Fanatic’ in heart and soul.
