Treasury Metals Inc.’s 100% owned Goliath Gold Complex is defined as the Goliath Gold Project, Goldlund Mine Project, and Miller Mine Project in northwestern Ontario. Treasury’s trio of projects are slated to become some of Canada’s next producing gold mines. With first-rate infrastructure currently in place and gold mineralization extending to the surface, Treasury Metals has announced results from a Preliminary Economic Assessment for the Goliath Gold Complex, which includes each of the three different projects (Goliath, Goldlund, and Miller) and highlights the growth potential along a prospective 65 km trend in a 330-km2 land package.

    Jeremy Wyeth
    President and CEO
    Mr. Wyeth brings more than 35 years of diverse international experience in the mining industry to this role. Most recently, Mr. Wyeth was Operations Director at a large engineering company in Ontario, Canada, with a strong focus on both local and international projects. Mr. Wyeth started his career with De Beers, and worked on mines around the world in Canada, Russia, Brazil and South Africa. With De Beers, he moved to Canada to lead the development, construction, commissioning and ramp up of the Victor Diamond Mine in Northern Ontario. He took the Victor project from pre-feasibility study to nameplate capacity.

    Maura Kolb
    Director, Exploration
    Maura Kolb is a professional geologist with over 10 years of experience in Gold mining and exploration in Northwestern Ontario. She has a diverse experience from grassroots exploration to bringing projects into commercial production. Maura spent eight years in the Red Lake Camp with Goldcorp, Newmont, Evolution and Battle North Gold leading exploration at the mine site and regionally. Maura completed a Master’s Thesis at Lakehead University, focused on structural controls for gold mineralization at Musselwhite Mine and Hammond Reef deposit.

    Rachel Pineault
    Vice President, Human Resources and Community Engagement
    Ms. Pineault brings more than 25 years of progressive senior management experience to Treasury Metals. Most recently, she was the Vice President of Human Resources at Battle North Gold. Previously, she was Director of Human Resources - Canadian Operations, for Kirkland Lake Gold, Vice President, Human Resources and Aboriginal Affairs at Detour Gold, and Head of Human Resources and Aboriginal Affairs for De Beers Canada - Victor Mine. Ms. Pineault holds a Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) designation.

    Steve Woolfenden
    Vice President, Environment and Regulatory Affairs
    Mr. Woolfenden has over 25 years of progressive management experience in navigating complex environmental approvals and implementing environmental management systems for large-scale projects, both in Canada and abroad. Previously, he was VP Environment and Community Affairs for McEwen Mining and was IAMGOLD’s corporate Environment Director, where he was responsible for oversight of environmental matters and worked to build effective relationships with regulatory authorities, Indigenous and local communities. Mr. Woolfenden has also worked for more than 10 years in the public sector, with the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (CEAA) and with Fisheries and Oceans Canada.

    Eben Visser
    Director, Projects
    Mr. Visser brings to the Company more than 15 years of project management and construction experience in the mining and energy sectors. He began his career in operations with Anglo Platinum before joining DRA Global, where over the past 13 years, Eben has lead teams from concept phase to construction and commissioning, managing both EPC and EPCM projects across four continents on behalf of DRA Projects, DRA India and most recently, DRA Americas. Mr. Visser holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a registered Project Management Professional (PMP).

    Orin Baranowsky
    Chief Financial Officer
    Mr. Baranowsky was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Treasury Metals on April 1, 2021 and brings more than 20 years of finance and capital markets experience to the Company. Prior to his appointment at Treasury, he was the Chief Financial Officer for Blue Thunder Mining Inc. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Stornoway Diamond Corporation, where he was instrumental in helping raise more than $1 billion for the construction of the Renard Diamond Mine in northern Québec. Mr. Baranowsky holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, and is a CFA Charterholder.
