    Rebecca Piazza
    PHYSIOTHERAPIST
    Rebecca graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2007 and a Master of Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy in 2015. Since then, she has acquired a special interest in the prevention and treatment of sporting injuries, in particular tendon and knee injuries. She has worked with many local football and netball teams, as well as providing physiotherapy services at the Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast in 2018.

    In addition to becoming director of Flexout Health in 2013, Rebecca is a nationally endorsed provider of the Netball Australia Knee Program and the GLA:D Hip and Knee Program. Sharing her time between the Myrtleford and Wangaratta clinics, Rebecca enjoys treating the wide variety of conditions that ‘walk through the door’, combining her manual therapy skills with an active and evidence based approach to rehabilitation.

    In addition to completing the APAs prestigious Level 3 Sports Course, Rebecca has completed clinical placements at Tennis Australia and the Australian Institute of Sport. She is also clinical pilates, dry needling and McKenzie trained. Rebecca is the proud mum of Lexi and Jack and, together with her husband Brendan, enjoys the great outdoors. Her interests include netball with the Myrtleford Alpine Saints, basketball, snow and waterskiing, and getting out in the great outdoors.

    Ryan Sewell
    PHYSIOTHERAPIST
    Ryan’s primary motivation to become a physiotherapist stemmed from injuries that occurred when playing basketball in his junior years. He graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, and since that time has gained experience in multiple facets of physiotherapy including musculoskeletal injuries, sports coverage, post-operative rehabilitation, clinical pilates, occupational workplace health and vestibular physiotherapy.

    Ryan prides himself on having a strong knowledge base across a wide range of musculoskeletal pathologies. Ryan is heavily involved in the mentoring program at Flexout Health. Ryan’s passion for learning and teaching also led him to complete his Masters of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at Latrobe University in 2020. Ryan is an enthusiastic therapist, who is passionate about achieving success for all of his clients, as well as the new and recent graduates whom he supports.

    Outside work, Ryan’s biggest passions are catching up with his friends and family, just about anything active (gym, basketball, skiing, golf), DIY projects and being a diehard fan of the Denver Nuggets (NBA) and the Richmond Tigers (AFL).

    Jade McKinnon
    PHYSIOTHERAPIST & HAND THERAPIST
    Jade graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2019 from Charles Sturt University, Albury. After sustaining an injury at gymnastics and experiencing the rehabilitation process first hand, Jade decided at an early age that physiotherapy was her dream career. Since beginning her physiotherapy career with Flexout Health, Jade has gained experience in a variety of subspecialty areas, with a special interest in treating sporting and adolescent injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and injury prevention. Jade especially enjoys working with young sports people to help keep them free of injury and playing to the best of their ability.

    Jade loves to work with her clients to provide a combination of manual techniques and activity based treatments to achieve the optimum outcome, in line with their goals. As an active mum to two young girls, Jade understands the challenges of maintaining a healthy lifestyle when time is limited.

    In her free time, Jade loves getting outdoors with her family, cycling the many local rail trails and splitting her year between water and snow skiing. You will also regularly find Jade on the local golf course, battling it out for household bragging rights.

    Holli Smith
    PHYSIOTHERAPIST
    From a young age, Holli had a desire to help others and a passion for health and fitness. Having grown up in the Albury-Wodonga region, when she graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from University of Canberra in 2022, she was eager to return to her hometown to be closer to her family. Since graduating, Holli has worked in the public health system, gaining experience in orthopaedics, acute, rehabilitation, and outpatient settings. It is through this experience that Holli developed a passion for helping people achieve their goals and improving their quality of life. Outside of work, Holli enjoys tennis, pilates, yoga and walking in the sunshine. She loves spending time with her family and cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
