About
In this session, 8x8, cuts to the heart of the challenges MSPs and resellers face right now: too much admin, too little control, and partner programmes that were built for a different era.
8x8 will show how the most successful channel businesses are moving fast, embracing automation, self-service portals, and flexibile models that let you focus on growing customer relationships rather than managing vendor complexity.

You'll hear how 8x8 is rebuilding its partner programme from the ground up with MSPs and resellers front of mind: faster onboarding, transparent billing, and the tools to scale without scaling your headcount.

Leave with a clear view of where the channel is headed, what the new rules of engagement look like, and the practical moves you can make right now to stay ahead.

Delegates will learn:
1. Why traditional reseller models are under pressure — and what’s driving the shift to automation and cloud
2. How automation and self-service are reducing friction across the full partner onboarding and billing journey
3. What value-based engagement looks like in practice — and why it matters for partner margins and retention
4. How 8x8’s new partner programme enables faster time-to-first-deal and greater partner independence
5. Practical steps resellers can take today to future-proof their business model for the next wave of change
