Kevin Kelly
Vice Chairman | JLL
Kevin Kelly leads a team of data scientists, management consultants and real estate brokers at JLL, who leverage unique data sources and methods to optimize decisions centered around location and real estate. The team brings the decision sciences close to heart and seeks to quantify the impact of real estate and location on key business drivers – primarily the retention and attraction of talent – to inform strategic real estate decisions and maximize value. At their core, Kevin and his team believe that location and real estate are critical to a business’ success.

Prior to joining JLL in 2024, Kevin was a Vice Chair at Cushman & Wakefield. In this position, Kevin helped to lead the firm’s KLG team and was the group’s lead Workforce Planning | Location Strategy and Site Selection expert. Kevin is also experienced at presenting these findings directly to executive leadership and concisely communicating key decision points that effectively shape the road map to an optimized solution.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Kevin was a member of the KLG Advisors Location Strategy Practice for five years.
