Mojo is all about health transformation and becoming the best version of yourself. Stuart’s own personal health journey culminated in him becoming a Certified Health Coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and his mission now is to create a ripple effect and help others to fulfill their own health transformations.
The session will include an introduction to Mojo Health, followed by an exploration into why quality sleep is so important. Stuart will then talk through 10 top tips to optimise your sleep as well as 3 tips for habit change. He will provide details of the free private Facebook group for ongoing support and share how you can connect with Mojo.
