Jim Barnes co-founded enVista in 2002 in response to market demand for comprehensive supply chain consulting services, and has spent the last 20 years successfully deploying supply chain and enterprise solutions and synchronizing material and information flow for Fortune 500 companies. Clients he has consulted with include Nature’s Best, Payless Shoes, Brightpoint, Gulf-States Toyota, Cutter & Buck, Walmart, Genesco, Orchard Supply and Sport Chalet. His expertise includes all areas within the extended supply chain, including global supply chain network design, strategic facility design, international and domestic transportation management, labor management, organizational change management and supporting supply chain and execution technology.
Robert Escobar

Robert Escobar has served in various senior executive roles, most recently as Head of Supply Chain & Operations for Le Tote, Inc. Robert’s past work includes, President of Camino Real Group, a CPG consulting firm, Head of Operations for CaaStle, SVP of Operations for Rockbox, Head of Operations for ipsy, and Senior Director of Operations at Stella & Dot, respectively. Prior experience also includes, Senior Director of Operations for Bare Escentuals , in which he was instrumental in building out both North America and Western Europe network operations. Robert’s background and experience of 24 years has focused on domestic and international distribution, logistics network design and supply chain optimization. He currently sits on several advisory boards focused on CPG and e-commerce companies, such as HelloAva, an AI consumer platform and Fuse Inventory, Inc.
Israel Maynard
Senior Director of Operations, Burton
Israel has been with Burton for 14 years and is the Senior Director of Operations. He oversees the company’s supply chain from origin through final mile, and is actively engaged in its transition and strategy shift to service its growing direct-to-customer (DTC) channel. Additionally, Israel has extensive experience in APAC, especially mainland China. His tenure has included a 3.5-year expat assignment setting up a WFOE (aka Burton China) in Beijing.

He covers the world of direct-to-customer operations and fulfillment, editing the O+F Advisor newsletter while also programming MCM’s annual Operations Summit conference. Previously he was a senior account executive for Marx Communications public relations, working with marketing and advertising services firms.
