She has led through global innovation, renovation, cost reduction and research harmonization under tightening budgets and timelines. Her perspective is grounded in what R&D and consumer science teams can realistically adopt and scale. Marcia will bring the practitioner view of where predictive analytics creates value and where human judgment remains essential.
