For the past 20 years, Peter Forsyth has been a driving force in the evolution of sustainable packaging across Australia and New Zealand through his work at Ranpak.

Over two decades, he has played a key role in helping transform the way products are packaged and protected, leading the shift away from single-use plastic packaging inside boxes towards more sustainable paper-based alternatives. His work has contributed to a significant change in packaging practices across the ANZ market, supporting businesses in adopting solutions that better align with their sustainability goals while continuing to deliver the performance and protection their customers expect.

A significant part of his success has been building and leading a team capable of delivering this change at scale. Together, they have helped thousands of customers across Australia and New Zealand transition to paper-based packaging solutions, including many of the region’s largest and most recognised retailers.
