Jennifer Zucker Healy

Staff Attorney, Chicago, ALTO

Jennifer Zucker Healy is a staff attorney at ALTO US, where she represents large retailers in developing and managing criminal cases against high-impact offenders at stores across Cook, DuPage, and Lake counties. She partners with prosecutors and law enforcement to represent her clients in court at every stage of the case. She began her legal career as an Assistant State’s Attorney with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office after graduating from DePaul College of Law, and spent more than 15 years in private practice handling criminal and real estate matters across the Chicago area. She also holds a master’s degree in 19th and 20th century American legal history. A Chicago native, Jennifer remains deeply engaged in the local legal community.

Ray De Leo

Staff Attorney, NY, ALTO

Ray DeLeo graduated from Hofstra Law School in New York. He has practiced law for approximately eight years. He began his career as a public defender representing both criminal and civil defendants in Nassau County and Queens County, New York. During this time, he received the "Young Attorney of the Year" Citation from the Nassau County Legislature. Following this, he spent two years in private practice focusing on criminal defense and family law. Ray has been with ALTO for over three and a half years.
