Bonnie Lathram
Creative and Strategic Learning Leader
An experienced educator, Bonnie served as teacher and counselor at a project-based school in Seattle and co-led the development of a competency-based high school transcript. At Big Picture Learning, an international network of innovative schools, Bonnie was a school design coach, where she led training for educators in social and emotional learning and the role of noncognitive skills in college degree attainment.

Bonnie co-wrote a guidebook for educators called The Role of Noncognitive Skills in Student Success and a book for parents on educational trends that impact families and students. She is the author of numerous publications and 100+ articles, and her work has been published on websites such as The Huffington Post, ParentMap, and Education Week. She has also presented at numerous education conferences. Bonnie now serves as director of professional learning at a Seattle-based nonprofit organization, Global Online Academy, where she develops leading edge learning opportunities for education leaders and school-based teams.

Dr. Natalie Atwell
EdD, LCMHCS, BCPCC
Dr. Atwell has been in the counseling field since 2005 after receiving her Masters Degree in Education and Counseling from the Liberty University.

Dr. Atwell also earned her Doctorate of Education in Family Care and Counseling at Liberty University. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor (LCMHCS #7482) in the state of North Carolina and a Board Certified Professional Christian Counselor (BCPCC #1184)
