For more than 25 years, Ian and his organization, The Changing Point, have worked with hundreds of municipalities and over a thousand organizations across North America and beyond, helping leaders and teams create meaningful, measurable change.

    A passionate advocate for public sector professionals, Ian’s recent “You Make THE Difference” initiative highlights the critical role that code enforcement, inspectors, and other local government staff play in community well-being. He has personally visited well over 100 municipalities in the last few years to share this message face-to-face.
