This panel discussion of association professionals gets kicked off with a brief presentation on details from a 2019 McKinsey and Co. and LeanIn.org report, which identified the key issue in creating gender equality in organizational leadership as the fault of a missing “bottom rung” on the ladder into the C-suite. This session features three “big ideas” about how women and men in association management empower themselves and each other to create space at the table for all.

This will be a 60-minute session.

SURGE Connect is a production of AssociationSuccess.org and presented by Feathr, which provides multi-channel marketing technology used by 700 associations to grow membership, event attendance, and digital sponsorship revenue. Learn more at https://feathr.co today!
