About
If acceleration in technology, AI, and automation is vital to your industry, you need to stay on top of how consumer attitudes are evolving – including what that means for your company and how it introduces new technologies to your customers.

YouGov’s International Technology Report 2021, which surveyed 19K consumers in 17 markets about their perception and understanding of AI and digital transformation, is key to unlocking consumer attitudes. Right now, 48% of consumers are skeptical about AI and automation, and 42% are worried about its potential in the wrong hands. But trust varies across industries and organizations, and understanding where your market, customers, and strategy fits in is key.

Consumers must gain the education and familiarity they need to face the future of AI with optimism and a sense of security to embrace the changes new technologies bring. Where are they in their journey now, and what will it take to overcome their skepticism and wariness?

Join this VB Live event, where research, data, and analytics leaders share the current global outlook on AI from a consumer perspective. You’ll learn how those attitudes are impacting an array of industries, what that means for your company, how your brand can help shape consumer perception, and more.
